- Do not accept transit damage package or seal broken package.
- Only Exchanges are accepted **for misprinted products or for different quality **.
- A **package opening (unboxing) video** is required as proof.
- Requests without video proof cannot be processed.
- Please contact us within **48 hours of receiving your order** to be eligible.
How to Request a Return or Exchange:
1. **Record an unboxing video** while opening your package.
2. **Check your product** carefully for any misprint or damage.
3. **Email or message us** within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order ID
- The unboxing video
- A short description of the issue
- Our team will review your request and **confirm the return or exchange process**.
- Once approved, we’ll guide you on the **next steps for return pickup or replacement**.

Please Note: Products under 3.0 Meters are not exchangeable unless defective.
We do not have a Refund Policy. However, we will be able to give you a credit note or Exchange for the same amount of Purchase Order.
