Returns & Exchange Policy

Your happiness is our priority! While we make sure every product is packed with care, sometimes things can go wrong. Don’t worry – we’re here to help.

  1. Do not accept transit damage package or seal broken package.
  2. Only Exchanges are accepted **for misprinted products or for different quality **.
  3.  A **package opening (unboxing) video** is required as proof.
  4.  Requests without video proof cannot be processed.
  5.  Please contact us within **48 hours of receiving your order** to be eligible.

How to Request a Return or Exchange:

1. **Record an unboxing video** while opening your package.
2. **Check your product** carefully for any misprint or damage.
3. **Email or message us** within 48 hours of delivery with:

  •  Your order ID
  •  The unboxing video
  •  A short description of the issue
  • Our team will review your request and **confirm the return or exchange process**.
  •  Once approved, we’ll guide you on the **next steps for return pickup or replacement**.

Please Note: Products under 3.0 Meters are not exchangeable unless defective.

We do not have a Refund Policy. However, we will be able to give you a credit note or Exchange for the same amount of Purchase Order.

Fabric Khazana practices a simple and hassle-free Exchange Policy. Customers have to raise a Exchange Request through call or email us at [email protected]. No Exchanges would be acceptable if the Request is not within 48 hours of receiving the product.
