- For FABRICS: Fabric length are supplied as per customer need, returns are not acceptable, we will replace unless genuinely defective or damaged and intimated us within stipulated time of 48 hours from time to receiving the fabric.

- Customer can asked for replacement within two (2) days of receiving the product, only in case of genuine defects.
- Size change request (as per availability) will be entertained only within 48 hours of receiving the product, the shipment charges for size replacement has to be borne by buyer.

While we make sure to deliver the best, we do entertain returns only in case of the material damage. Ideally, all our products undergo thorough quality checks before delivery; if you still find that the product is damaged, kindly send us pictures of the product within 48 hours from the order receipt. Once we confirm on order damage, we will send you a replacement or offer you a coupon code for the same amount.
