1. Customized Orders
- All products listed as customized print fabric or customized yard-cut fabric are made specially for you based on your selected design, length, or specifications.
- Once an order is confirmed, cancellations or modifications are not possible.
- Please ensure you double-check your measurements, fabric type, and design before checkout.
2. Order Processing & Delivery
- Production time may vary depending on customization. Estimated timelines will be provided at checkout or via email.
- Delivery schedules are subject to courier and logistics availability. We will always strive to keep you updated on delays, if any.
3. Returns & Exchanges
- Due to the personalized nature of customized fabrics, **returns and exchanges are not accepted**,
except in the case of:
Printing errors (misprint)
Transit damage Or Quality Differ.
For such claims, customers must provide a **clear unboxing video** as proof. Claims without video evidence cannot be processed.
Issues must be reported within **48 hours of delivery** via our customer support team.
4. Color & Design Variation
- Please note that **slight variations in color, shade, or print scale** may occur due to digital display differences and fabric base textures.
- Such minor variations are considered normal and will not be eligible for return/exchange.
5. Payments & Pricing
- All prices are displayed in INR (Indian National Rupee) and are inclusive/exclusive of taxes as mentioned on the website.
- Payments must be made in full at the time of placing the order. Orders will only be processed after successful payment confirmation.
6. Limitation of Liability
- While we ensure high quality and accurate customization, FabricKhazana.com is not responsible for usage outcomes, tailoring errors after purchase, or damages caused by improper care of the fabric.
